my page says it does not exist

check the spelling of the username in the link first, since that is usually it. if the link is right, check settings in case the page is unpublished. a page you changed the username of answers on the new name only, unless you kept the old one as an alias.

my changes are not showing

appearance changes are a draft until you press save. if you did save, your browser may be holding the old page, so reload it properly. if you have look rotation on, visitors are seeing a saved look rather than the theme you are editing.

my discord status is not showing

discord only shares your presence with servers the bot can see you in, so join the seized.wtf discord and it starts working. the widget says as much when that is the problem.

a widget is empty

check the username you entered, and check that the profile it points at is public. stats.fm and goodreads in particular read nothing from a private profile. if the service itself is having a bad day, the widget waits it out and comes back.

my link preview is wrong in discord

discord caches previews for a long time. your link preview settings are almost certainly saved, it is discord holding the old card. it refreshes on its own eventually.

my page is slow on a phone

the usual culprits are a video background, a large background image, card blur and particles, especially together. drop one of them and test again. a background under a megabyte makes more difference than anything else on this list.

i cannot get into my account

use a recovery code if two-factor is the problem, or reset your password from the login page. if you signed up with discord or google, sign in that same way rather than with a password. if none of that works, ask in the discord.
