card and buttons
corners, shadow, opacity, borders and what links do on hover.
the card is the box your profile sits in, and its controls are in appearance, colors and layout.
- card style: solid, soft or outline. outline paints no fill and uses a border instead.
- corner radius: from square to very round, in pixels.
- shadow: none, subtle, medium or strong.
- opacity: how solid the card is over your background.
- blur: frosts whatever is behind the card. pair it with a lower opacity for a glass look.
- border width and opacity: only used by the outline style.
buttons
button style has the same three options as the card, so your links can match the card or deliberately contrast with it.
hover
link hover effect decides what a link does when the pointer is on it: lift it slightly, glow in your accent color, fill with the accent, or just underline. underline is the quiet one, fill is the loud one.
card blur is doing real work on the gpu. if your page has a video background and a blurred card and particles, test it on a phone before you call it done.
