status shows whether pages are being served, whether the database is responding, whether the discord bot is up and whether signups are open. if something is red there, it is us rather than you.
asking a person
the seized.wtf discord is where support happens. it is the fastest way to get an answer, and it is where new features get announced first.
reporting a page
impersonation, stolen content and anything else that breaks the terms goes to staff in the discord. bans take effect immediately, and a banned account's templates come out of the gallery with it.
security problems
if you find something that lets someone reach another account or another page's data, report it in the discord privately rather than posting it. it will be taken seriously and fixed quickly.
