the bell

the bell in the top bar collects things that happened while you were away: an order went through, a referral paid out, a badge unlocked, someone posted on your shoutbox, a hosted file is about to expire. opening it marks everything read. it only holds your last hundred, and nothing in it needs a reply.

the inbox

inbox is where messages from us land — anything too long for a bell row, or anything worth keeping. a dot sits next to it in the sidebar until you have opened it.

messages stay there until we remove them, so you can come back to one. nothing in the inbox is a reply form: if you need to reach us, support has the ways to.

we never ask for your password, a login code or a wallet phrase in either of these. anything that does is not from us.
