the shoutbox is a panel that opens from a button on your page, where visitors can leave a short message. turn it on in integrations.
moderating it
shoutbox in the dashboard lists everything people have left you. you can pin a message so it stays at the top, or delete anything you would rather not have on your page.
it is your page, so there is no appeal process and no limit on what you can remove. deleting is immediate.
a shoutbox invites strangers to write on your page. if you would rather not moderate anything, leave it off and use reactions instead, which give people something to do without giving them anything to say.
