terms of service

By creating an account or using seized.wtf (“we”, “the service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. This is a plain-language description of how the service actually runs, not a substitute for legal advice.

what the service is

seized.wtf lets you build a customizable link-in-bio page at seized.wtf/[your username], with theming, widgets, badges, and analytics. Some features are free; some (premium, extra aliases, custom badges) are paid, currently handled manually through the seized.wtf Discord server rather than in-app checkout — see the pricing noted on the badges page and in your dashboard.

your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country to sign up.
• One person, one account — don’t create multiple accounts to get around limits or bans.
• Your account isn’t created until you verify your email — signing up just reserves your username for a couple hours while the verification link is unused. This exists to stop bulk-signup scripts from squatting usernames — it doesn’t apply once your account is verified.

your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on your page — text, images, links, whatever you upload. By posting it, you give us the permission needed to host and display it as part of running the service (e.g. serving your uploaded avatar back to visitors of your page). You’re responsible for what you post, and for having the right to post it.

acceptable use

Don’t use seized.wtf to:

• Host or link to illegal content, malware, phishing, or scams.
• Impersonate another person, brand, or seized.wtf staff.
• Harass, threaten, or dox anyone.
• Post content that’s sexually exploitative of minors, under any circumstances.
• Spam — mass-created accounts, automated signups, or username squatting.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or payment/credit checks.
• Interfere with the service’s normal operation (e.g. attacks on infrastructure).

We can remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this — badges and other benefits granted are also revocable if the account they were granted to is found to violate these terms.

payments

Premium and other paid extras are one-time purchases handled manually via the Discord server, applied to your account by staff once payment is confirmed — not a subscription, and not processed through seized.wtf directly. Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

service availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We’ll try not to break things you rely on without notice, but this isn’t a guarantee.

termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → danger zone. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.

disclaimer

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We’re not liable for content posted by users, or for damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent the law allows.

changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
